WEATHER GUARD EMULSION

This is a high performance acrylic emulsion that is formulated to give a long term protection to exterior and all kinds of exposed surfaces. It is ideally suited to areas of humidity and tropical coast conditions. Besides, crystal weather guard produces a beautiful semi Matt and smooth finish which requires little maintenance.For surface preparation it must be thoroughly cleaned for better results. For a new surface it is advisable to prime the surface for better results and for previously painted surface it must be sanded properly for a perfect finish.The coverage is 15- 16 sq. /m per litre on a smooth surface.

APPLICATION

• On new surface Crystal Adhesive Weather guard is advisable to prime the surface before using the top coat of Crystal Adhesive Weather Guard and must be sanded properly for a perfect finish.
• Previously painted surfaces must be sanded properly for an absolute acceptable finish before using the top coat of Crystal Adhesive Weather Guard.
• Apply by brush or roller or spray equipment.
• Use 10 to 15% clean water
• Tough dry in an hour and can be re-coated in 3-4 hours
• Use a spreading capacity of 15-16sq meters per litre on smooth, non-porous surface spreading capacity will be substantially reduced on rough textured surfaces.
